Late Entry Policies

Late event entries will be considered at the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta only in races where there is an open lane.
No new heats will be created to accommodate late entries.
Athletes must be on their club membership list to be eligible for a late entry.
Late entry forms (available in the Regatta office) must be completed and handed in with fee at the Regatta Office by 3 PM on the day PRIOR to the race.
Fees are double the original entry fee for that event.
The decision will be made by lottery.
All clubs are contacted regarding the outcome.
Fees will be returned to crews not racing.
